Ruby Software Engineer

As a team, we are here to help automate and manage communication within a self-developed Customer Relationship Management tool. At AirHelp, communication with airlines and customers is vital to our processes. In addition to expanding the ways we communicate, our team also automates major parts of our communication flow to free up our consultants from handling boring or repetitive tasks. The ultimate goal of AirHelp engineering is to automate most of the processing.

Wymagania: (Disclaimer: We understand that you may not tick every box. But if you are excited about the idea of joining AirHelp, we'd love to hear from you anyway). Very good knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails (Go will be considered a plus). Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred). Knowledge of modern design patterns and the ability to use them in practice. Knowledge of the infrastructure your code runs on (AWS preferred). Experience in test-driven development. Ability to understand complex business cases and translate them into working software.
